Insight Global’s Client is a consulting organization specializing in market and consumer research, with a strong focus on projects within the healthcare industry. Their teams support large-scale research campaigns, this role supports their internal research teams by ensuring accurate, timely delivery of survey and campaign communications.
Position Overview
The Platform Analyst will provide temporary, highly detail oriented operational support for survey campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, managing precise workflows, and supporting multiple high stakes projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for preparing and deploying survey invites, ensuring send accuracy, and supporting delivery checks for 5–6 campaigns at a time.
This role is task-centric, process-driven, and requires strong communication skills and a comfort level working with high volumes of consumer data.
Responsibilities
• Receive campaign files and prepare them for deployment across internal platforms.
• Set up and customize email templates, including basic HTML updates.
• Load, validate, and manage large consumer data files
• Conduct internal testing to ensure templates, links, and delivery logic function correctly.
• Execute multiple survey invite campaigns (5–6 at once) with high accuracy.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance, including send rates and bounce trends.
• Notify internal teams of upcoming launches (“heads up” communications).
• Partner closely with research and project teams to align on timing, requirements, and changes.
• Make minor content or configuration updates as needed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Work within defined processes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and stay organized across multiple projects.

Plusses
• Located in or able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Internship or prior experience in marketing, digital campaign execution, or research operations.
• Experience in market research or consumer research.
• Work exposure to healthcare-related campaigns is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude or comfort learning new platforms quickly.
