Job Description

The Payroll Compliance Specialist supporting our client ensures all payroll processes adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal company policies. This role focuses on compliance audits, classification accuracy, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain legal and regulatory standards. Hourly pay rate ranging from $30hr-$40hr.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in payroll, HR compliance, or related role. Familiarity with federal and state labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
