Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a GK Support SME to join a luxury cosmetics company for a contract opportunity. As a GK Support SME, the selected candidate will support the Point of Sale system across Americas retail stores, focusing on maintaining and optimizing the GK tool's performance. The role involves monitoring transactions, conducting database queries, building analytical reports, resolving data integrity issues, and addressing performance bottlenecks through hands-on technical intervention within the retail IT division. This position will start off as a short term remote opportunity with the possibility of extensions.

Required Skills & Experience

In-depth experience with GK Software (SAP Omnichannel Point of Sale)

Advanced SQL Server skills

Powershell or scripting language proficiency

Retail, luxury, or CPG industry background

Project Management skills and the ability to work cross functionally

Experience working within the retail incident/problem support space
