Job Description
This position is full time and located on-site at the US Air Force Academy. The expected start date is March 1, 2026.
In the role of Records Administrator we'll count on you to:
- Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions
- Work independently to effectively manage complex project- and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents and records
- Compose and develop correspondence and reports
- Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assurance
- Manage project documents and files
- Answer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Organize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentations
- Track and monitor schedules
- Exhibit professionalism with customers
- Exercise good judgement and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative functions
Perform other duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 5 years related experience (data management, data input, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working within environmental compliance
- Prior Air Force experience
