Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Shipping & Receiving Specialist II to join their growing team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. A Shipping and Receiving Specialist manages daily inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating directly with vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and products. They oversee receiving activities, verify documentation, and maintain detailed records within the company’s ERP system, including SAP. The role includes troubleshooting shipment discrepancies, communicating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring all logistics processes follow company and regulatory requirements. They also help optimize workflow and inventory accuracy through consistent process monitoring and data entry. This position can pay between 60K-76K based on an equitable evaluation of total YOE and Education level.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is Preferred
3+ years of experience coordinating shipping/receiving directly with vendors
Experience working with ERPs (SAP)
Bilingual in Korean
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience coordinating the shipment of Raw or Hazardous Materials
