Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to join a large insurance client on a 11‑month contract. This role will anchor in office two days per week (one must be Tuesday or Wednesday) and will lead a cross‑functional team of developers, BSAs, QAs, product owners, and business SMEs. The team manages upgrades, enhancements, integrations and monthly releases surrounding the Guidewire Policy Center platform. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, running daily stand‑ups, managing 4‑week sprints, and supporting planning sessions and workshops with clear outcomes and priorities. The Scrum Master will also demo products to the business, estimate epics and stories, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues quickly. This position requires a proactive leader who can hit the ground running, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team lead
• Experience managing upgrades and enhancements for off‑the‑shelf applications
• Hands‑on expertise with Jira, Confluence or SharePoint
• You have strong knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, techniques, and reporting KPIs
• You have working knowledge of operational and governance principles.
Scrum Master Certified (CSM)
