Job Description
An Insight Global client is seeking an Estimator to support inside plant fiber installation projects in corporate data center and hyperscale environments. This role focuses on estimating fiber buildouts based on building blueprints and client requirements (not outside plant or residential work).
Responsibilities:
• Create cost estimates for inside plant fiber installations
• Review blueprints and project documentation to determine scope, materials, and fiber strand counts
• Partner with project teams to align estimates with budgets and timelines

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of estimating experience supporting fiber installation projects
• Experience with inside plant fiber in data center environments
• Ability to estimate projects from small installs up to large-scale buildouts (up to 800,000 ft)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Finance or cost analysis background
