Job Description

Customer is undergoing a major service model redesign, integrating lending servicing and product servicing into a unified customer-first structure. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with deep organizational transformation experience.
This role requires exceptional political savvy, strong stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to deliver executive-ready materials with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years end-to-end project management
• Proven experience leading organizational transformations involving:
○ Role redesign
○ Workflow integration
○ Service model restructuring
○ HR + people impacts
• Banking experience required (Commercial strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and navigate political landscapes
• Mastery in developing executive-ready decks and communication
Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and influencing skills
