Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 1 Payroll Specialist located in India, with experience in Hungary, Germany, and Croatia, to support a large payroll project (transitioning to a new payroll software ) for an end client. This individual will be responsible for supporting the standard responsibilities of running payroll for internal employees specific to procedures and guidelines for Hungary, Germany, and Croatia. This resource will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 4 years of payroll operational experience running payroll/handling payroll operations in Hungary, Germany, and Croatia
Payroll duties including updating tax forms, consolidating payroll inputs, understanding commissions & bonuses, time & attendance, identifying data exceptions, reviewing exception reports, using a ticketing tool, conducting accruals, and process/validate/sense check payroll.
Strong experience working with global payroll solutions (SAP, ADP, Strada, Workday, etc.)
Payroll project support experience.
Strong Logical Analysis
Ticketing system experience. (Jira preferred)
Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communicator and collaborator
Strong experience communicating to multiple payroll vendors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience exporting and extracting data in MS Excel
Data manipulation experience
