Insight Global is looking for a pre-screening research data associate for one of our largest health care clients in Manhattan. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to support a Phase 3 clinical trial for Clostridium difficile (C. diff) sponsored by a leading pharmaceutical company that our client is partnering with. This role is critical in engaging potential participants and ensuring smooth scheduling for screening appointments. Key responsibilities include: conduct scripted pre-screening calls (10–20 minutes each), assess eligibility and route candidates into the registry, schedule screening appointments using EPIC, and manage a high call volume (30–50 calls/day) with ~50% response rate.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and or currently pursuing their bachelor’s degree
Healthcare or research experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with clinical trials
Proficiency with EPIC, REDCap Cloud
