Job Description

Insight Global is currently looking for a Helpdesk Technician to support one our largest Oil and Gas Clients in Downtown Houston, TX. This person will be responsible for supporting the helpdesk team in resolving tier 1 and tier 2 support tickets, as well as proving excellent customer service and being the face of the helpdesk to the business. The ideal candidate for this position will come from a background in Information Systems or generalized helpdesk support, and have a drive to learn and grow as a professional in Information Systems. The starting pay rate for this position is $25/hr, and this position is 5 days a week onsite.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of helpdesk experience providing end user support and answering tickets - specifically in a windows/mac environment
Excellent customer service experience
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
