Business Analyst

A client is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Contract Inquiry Support (CSupport) team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for generating timely resolution of distributor/wholesaler and GPO aggregator inquiries and provide input to improve metrics and build inquiry management efficiencies. The individual should have experience with analytics and the ability to identify common trends and root causes base on their research.

1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

Pharma/Healthcare background
