5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Configure and deploy ServiceNow AI features such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and AI Agent Studio.
Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows, predictive models, and automation strategies.
Oversee ServiceNow platform configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
Conduct system health checks and implement proactive improvements.
Apply Responsible AI principles and manage lifecycle governance using tools like AI Control Tower.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on AI capabilities.
Monitor AI performance, validate outputs, and refine models for accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow AI features and industry best practices.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and AI features.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with Generative AI, NLU, and AI agents within ServiceNow.
Ability to design and deploy AI skills using AI Agent Studio and Workflow Data Fabric
