Job Description
This new role requires a proactive individual who can quickly adapt and learn on the go. The person will take ownership of projects, starting with pre-collections initiatives, and work closely with facilities to implement selections and ensure success through effective reporting. Strong RCM experience is essential, along with the ability to analyze and utilize reporting - not just share numbers. The role involves preparing monthly executive reports, communicating with partners, and occasionally visiting facilities to support project execution. Flexibility and problem-solving skills are key to thriving in this dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Buisness, Healthcare Administration, Project Management or related field
3-5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in RCM
A strong understanding of the end-to-end process
Experience in project management or implementation
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Office, Powerpoint)
Experience with some type of reporting system (building out dashboards)
Strong in healthcare (being able to understand the patient journey)
Experience with medical billing healthcare management software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP
