Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in an integrated healthcare setting in Indianapolis, IN. This position is full-time with required hours Monday-Friday. In this role, you will collaborate with providers, oversee medication management, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and supervise pharmacy staff. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with providers on medication management and patient care.
· Interpret, fill, and verify prescriptions accurately.
· Counsel patients on proper medication usage and monitor drug therapy in compliance with the OBRA Act.
· Perform medication reviews and recommend alternative therapies when appropriate.
· Manage medication receipt, storage, inventory control, pricing, and record maintenance.
· Handle expired and returned medications in accordance with regulations.
· Supervise staff, oversee workflow processes, and conduct employee evaluations.
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and facilitate professional development of staff.
· Implement and assist with training and orientation programs for new employees.
· Ensure compliance with legal, reporting, and safety requirements (OSHA, DEA, HIPAA).
· Submit reports and logs to pharmacy leadership as required.
· Ensure compliance with 340B program requirements, including patient eligibility and covered entity guidelines.
· Monitor and audit 340B transactions to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts.

Required Skills & Experience

· Graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy
· Current pharmacist licensure in the State of Indiana
· Experience in a 340B setting
· 3-5 years of experience as a Pharmacist with the ability to manage a team or facility
