Project Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a cross-functional initiative focused on automating the transfer of late fee documents from SAP to Billtrust, enabling seamless visibility in Invoice Gateway. This role involves coordinating SAP development, MuleSoft integration, and vendor implementation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee SAP application development and configuration to generate and transmit late fee documents
• Support MuleSoft integration between SAP and Billtrust
• Manage vendor implementation to ensure document visibility in Invoice Gateway
• Coordinate internal resources and lead testing efforts
• Drive project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong proactive leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience managing projects involving SAP configurations
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integration
• Proven ability to coordinate across external vendors and internal teams
