Accounts Payable Coordinator 2

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator 2 located in Jacksonville, FL or Baton Rouge, LA. They will be responsible for reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation, GL coding, using tax implications, and internal approvals, recording invoices, credit memos, and per diems requests into ERP system, reconciling vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies, prioritizing invoices, auditing and processing payments for expense reports, reviewing and completing daily bank reconciliations and transaction clearing within ERP system, and handling vendor profile management within sales tax accounting system. The typical hourly pay for this position is between $23-25hr.
