Insight Global is looking for a Remote Account Manager to join a large Freight and Transportation company. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering tailored transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, carrier relations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to review performance, address concerns, and present new offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with freight brokerage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
