Job Description

The Consulting Product Analyst leads the design, documentation, and support of clinical technology solutions, acting as a product owner and subject matter expert for internal applications that streamline healthcare workflows. This role partners with technical and business teams to deliver enhancements, resolve system issues, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing projects, mapping business processes, providing advanced technical support, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

This role will be hybrid in downtown Nashville onsite 2-3 days/week

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience as a BA
- Proven experience translating business needs into technical solutions
- Large-scale enterprise application deployment background
- Strong skills in process mapping, technical documentation, and data analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot user and data issues in complex environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, UI Path, Figma, GitHub, Java, Onbase, ServiceNow ITIL
- Experience with mobile platforms and clinical case management
- Prior work in healthcare technology or payer systems
- Advanced technical training or certifications
