Endpoint Security Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Endpoint Security Engineer for a top media/entertainment client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in endpoint security engineering, particularly with the management and deployment of CrowdStrike. This role involves enhancing and maintaining the endpoint security environment, ensuring the security of all endpoints, and collaborating with various business units. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the management, deployment, and administration of CrowdStrike. They will also maintain and sunset Active Directory, understanding and mitigating attacks against AD. The candidate will use programming skills (preferably Python) and work with APIs to develop security solutions, focusing on creating and implementing new functionalities rather than merely configuring existing systems. This person is expected to consider security efforts for all operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and should have strong AWS Cloud Security knowledge.

• 5+ years experience as an Endpoint Engineer, supporting multiple operating systems
• Experience deploying, maintaining, administering, and enhancing Crowdstrike
• Experience supporting and maintaining Active Directory, understanding security vulnerabilities
• "Engineering" mindset - being able to solve problems through engineering and programming, not just configurations
Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Security tools and technology
