Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Secret cleared Project Manager supporting a large government client to help passport sites across the country to identify key gaps within processes. Key deliverables may include but are not limited to:

1. Organize and present findings to leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
2. Management reports, process maps, and presentations.
3. Data collection and analysis tools to measure change.
Assumptions:
• Observations will be performed onsite passport agencies and centers, as requested by the Regional Offices; some tasks may be able to be performed remotely.
• Each consultant will be responsible for observation and reporting on an average of six or seven agencies/centers.
• Each round of observation and reporting will last approximately one-week onsite. (The four centers likely take twice as long, due to second shifts and sheer size.)
• Travel will be required as necessary
• Access to data and systems will be provided as necessary.
• Services provided under the contract can be expanded or reduced as necessary.

Compensation:

$55-65/HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Secret or Top-Secret clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and has done the full life cycle in a recent project
- Minimum of 5 years' of experience with Project Manager
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing Federal government project plans and associated processes; and the capability to manage multi-task projects of high complexity
- Experience with communication and knowledge management, project management and compliance, Agile/Scrum management, configuration and change management, and other cross-functional personnel that support all functional areas
