- 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and sales roles.
Experience with Rippling or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
