We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. This role will be an impact a greater organization and we need to understand current process, goals for better efficiencies, and implement. You will be working closely with existing employees, understanding challenges / nuances and how we can implement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
Support Communication Efforts: Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications related to changes.
Assess Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Support Training Efforts: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Manage Resistance: Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics to manage anticipated resistance.
Monitor Adoption and Proficiency: Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Change Management Expertise:
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
- Training and Coaching: Experience in supporting and coaching individuals through transitions.
- Project Management: Ability to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete Change Management Assessments: Regularly assess the effectiveness of change management strategies.
Risk Mitigation: Develop specific plans to address potential risks and resistance points.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
