-Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring strategies.
-Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing HubSpot's analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
-Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication strategies.
-Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
-Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other marketing or sales tools.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and HubSpot functionalities.

-4+ years of proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role
-Proficiency in using HubSpots marketing hub and related functionalities.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
