Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret Clearance
Willingness to work onsite in Huntsville, AL Monday - Friday full time
Experience as SW architect or lead with focus on SW development and integration into complex systems.
Strong knowledge of SW architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with SW modernization efforts.
Proficient in C++ or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think both strategically and critically.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex subjects in a simple manner.
Agile SW development.
Experience with distributed, embedded, systems including RTOS.
Software Safety in a MIL-STD-882E context.
Ability to mentor software engineers on correct architecture, design, and implementation processes.
Experience in architecture paradigms, modeling languages and tools.
