A large clean energy client is seeking an IT Manufacturing Support Technician. Minimum of 5 years experience in a desktop support or system admin role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on Windows machines.
Experience with troubleshooting printers, barcode scanners, handheld radios, and digital signage.
Ability to troubleshoot basic client-side network issues (DHCP, DNS, Static IP).
Availability for swing shift, weekends, and on-call support.
Experience with Linux support.
Experience with network hardware support.
DevOps experience.
