Job Description

Meeting with the project team to convert notes and themes into actionably documentation
Reviewing current documentation and revising for clarity and current project focus
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft and Google Suites.
Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
