Insight Global is searching for a Scrum Master for one of our top financial services clients in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Scrum Master, you'll support the IT organization while preparing for full responsibilities with designated teams. You'll work with 2-4 agile teams of varying complexity, guiding them to embrace SAFe Core Values, Principles, and practices. Your role includes coaching on agile methodologies, leading SCRUM ceremonies, addressing impediments, and managing conflicts. You'll drive team improvement using metrics and dashboards, ensure readiness for ART events, maintain SAFe certification, and promote compliance with SAFe at Sallie Mae. Additionally, you'll collaborate with team members and stakeholders, participate in enterprise initiatives, manage dependencies, and maintain open communication to protect and build trust within the team(s).

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
Experience with technology project coordination
High level understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework; working on/with an Agile team and organization
Azure DevOps experience
