Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 Admin Assistants to help with a one month project in Corpus Christi. We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to assist with the filing and boxing of office documents in preparation for an office renovation and move. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to handle physical tasks, and works well under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent reading and organizational skills, the ability to lift and move heavy boxes, and a strong work ethic.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to read and understand filing instructions, labels, and paperwork

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

Physical capability to carry and move boxes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a structured environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience in file organization, office moves, or similar roles is a plus

Experience with office relocation and file retention best practices

Familiarity with basic inventory or file management systems
