Job Description

20-23 an hour

The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing desktop support and service restoration for daily operations and projects. They will be working in a complex, distributed computing environment and provide IT service support for PCs, MACs, software, hardware, and other network issues. This associate will also be collaborating with team members and customers and assisting in daily continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

Primary requirements/skills:
2+ years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, and other network issues in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VPN, DHCP, AD, DNS, WINS, and FTP
Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 services
Background in Windows 10 desktop implementation and support
Skilled in IT infrastructure architecture, communications protocols, and networking technology and hardware
Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
