Job Description

-This candidates' responsibilities are to monitor and record the passage of time for the duration of the project. Their duties may include keeping track of schedules, maintaining accurate time records, and ensuring that participants or employees adhere to allocated time limits. There is potential to have over 50 employees on the project and this person will be managing all of their time sheets and overseeing on-site administrative work. Their role is to help maintain order and fairness by ensuring that everyone follows predetermined timelines and schedules.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience within a similar industry - utilities, construction, engineering, manufacturing, etc.
- Experience with material purchasing, managing time sheets, and assisting with administrative office needs.
- Must have good organization skills.
