Required Skills & Experience



- 2+ Years of CSR Background

- Technology Proficient

o Can handle the basics of Microsoft office and has shown the ability to learn new systems

- Experience with data verification, workflow, procedures, process, within assigned area.

- Has experience working with back office functions, teller operations, new account opening process, lending practices, general ledger, and general community bank operations and workflow as applicable to assigned area.

- Works with banking product providers like: online banking, IVR, ATM, and item processing based on assigned area.

Job Description



Insight Global is looking to hire a Professional Services Specialist. Their responsibility is to provide quality application upgrades and training related to the SHAZAM ancillary systems while maintaining a strong business relationship. Persons within this role will be capable of acting within all phases of an assigned area of the upgrade process with general guidance. This position is responsible for monitoring progress of programs/projects through internal reviews and participation in team meetings. This position also exercises discretion and judgment relating to the resolution of issues and problems that arise during the project which may impact project deadlines
