Salesforce Engineer

Insight Global is currently hiring for a Salesforce Engineer for local retail clients. The Salesforce Engineer will be working alongside and off-shore Engineer on a Salesforce Platform and Data Integration Platform. They will join daily stand up for both the Product and Data Integration team and will need to be comfortable working outside of projects just related to Salesforce. Below are additional day to day responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owner to understand and analyze CRM requirements.
- Develop tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to address unique business needs.
- Designing, documenting, building, testing and deploying enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, workflows, alerts, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide best practice for integration with Salesforce, in-house systems, and third-party systems.
- Create development timelines and goals for Salesforce application projects.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the stability and functionality of Salesforce applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify bugs or issues within Salesforce applications.
- Produce comprehensive documentation and provide technical training for Salesforce staff.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the Salesforce application software.
- Understand Salesforce data model and how and when to create customer objects, junction objects, and other model items.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases to ensure our applications leverage the latest features and advancements.

The annual salary for this role is between $75,000-90,000/yr.
