Job Description
• Monitor system cycles, scheduled jobs, and overnight processes to ensure everything runs successfully
• Use Control‑M:
○ Monitor job runs
○ Identify failures or delays
○ Escalate issues when jobs fail or alerts trigger
• Respond to internal IT tickets, which may range from very few to high volume depending on the night
• Troubleshoot basic scheduling or operational issues and route more complex problems to the appropriate teams
• Monitor mainframe and infrastructure alerts, escalating as needed
• Perform operational tasks such as:
○ Printing and handling scheduled output
○ Pulling and managing printers or print jobs
○ Running and organizing cabling within the computer room
• Support the server and application teams with basic operational tasks and incident response
• Make outbound calls to vendors or service providers when issues require external support
• Document issues, actions taken, and hand‑off notes for the incoming shift
This role is paying between $20-$24 an hour.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting a 365, 24/7 help desk environment
• HS Diploma, GED, or Similar
• Comfortable managing and working within ticketing systems
• Team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on more
• Clear, confident communicator who takes ownership and gets things done
Proven ability to handle tickets while staying calm and effective under pressure
