Job Description

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the preparation, review, negotiation support, administration, and maintenance of contractual documents throughout the contract lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, procurement teams, and legal departments to ensure contractual compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of agreements. The Contracts Administrator manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), contract modifications, and change requests while maintaining contract records and supporting procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, edit, and maintain contracts, amendments, SOWs, service agreements, and other contractual documents.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement standards.
Track contract milestones, renewal dates, deliverables, and expiration dates.
Maintain accurate contract files and documentation within contract management systems.
Target hourly pay rate is: $50-55/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
2–5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
Experience creating and reviewing RFPs, SOWs, purchase orders, and contract amendments.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Skills
Contract negotiation support experience.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and vendor management practices.
Experience with ERP, procurement, or contract management software.
Strong attention to detail and document control expertise.
