Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to build and launch a new website for one of our client’s subsidiaries, with a Q3 2026 launch target. This role will focus on translating high-fidelity Figma designs into a responsive, CMS-driven Webflow site that business partners can easily manage after launch.
Responsibilities
Build responsive, production-ready web pages in Webflow based on Figma design handoffs
Configure and maintain Webflow CMS collections to support content updates by non-technical users
Implement site interactions, animations, and CMS-driven components as needed
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Ensure the site meets WCAG Level AA accessibility standards
Partner closely with the designer to clarify requirements and resolve implementation questions
Configure Webflow hosting, forms, and basic SEO settings in preparation for launch
Document CMS workflows and provide guidance to support content handoff to business stakeholders. This is a remote role working EST hours for a pay range of $45-55/hr based on expereince.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Strong proficiency with Webflow CMS setup and configuration
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS
• Experience working from Figma handoffs
• Ability to create user-friendly CMS structures for non-technical editors
• Experience with Webflow hosting is a plus
