Job Description
-Technical ownership in the delivery of digital solutions to support the digital capability pipeline
-Work effectively in a Global multi-functional team environment, brainstorm solutions, develop practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and lead change.
-Driving best practice work with internal and external technical team to influence the architectural and UX/UI design of digital products.
-Utilizing Agile methodology this role will lead by identifying product requirements ( E2E ) by working with key business partners.
-Working closely with the business to manage the development of product ‘user stories’ through the product software development cycle.
-Orchestrate feedback cycles between business owners and technical team, using an iterative approach to drive maximum value to the customer.
-Lead the implementation of new ways to improve the sharing of organizational information.
-Motivate and coach team to operational success / Drive culture of continuous improvement.
-As required develop and plan project work schedules, track expenditures, and prepare monthly reports as required, ensure effective communication of ideas, information, and risks to appropriate partners.
-Maintain compliance with all company policies in respect to all safety, QSR and environmental issues.

Required Skills & Experience
+Strong data/digital literacy in conjunction with data visualization experience.
+Experience managing products through the product life cycle using Agile methodologies
+Experience leading Scrum Team to develop and deploy software
+Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
+Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage a technical staff.
+Leadership experience in orchestrating cross functional matrix teams.
+Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
+Ability Influence/collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to support business goals.
