Job Description
• Own and manage one or more AI, Data, Analytics, or Planning products within a broader portfolio, acting as the primary link between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams. Partner closely with business owners to gather and prioritize requirements, define product roadmaps, and translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage product backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and work alongside Scrum Masters, Developers, QA, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and UX/UI teams to drive successful delivery. Additionally, monitor product performance and KPIs, manage stakeholder communications and governance activities, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, support change management and adoption efforts, and ensure products progress effectively through discovery, development, optimization, sustainment, and end-of-life phases.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–6+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Digital Product experience.
• Experience supporting AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital, or Technology products.
• Proven experience owning products through discovery, development, deployment, sustainment, optimization, and end-of-life phases.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with business-facing ownership responsibilities.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and defining features, epics, and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and product delivery lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Architecture, UX/UI, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, product performance reporting, and value realization metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
