Job Description
• Resource Management:
o Plan and supervise Assistant Superintendent (on larger projects) and/or craft activities such as, determining method of construction, workforce levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.
o Maintain liaison with other departments such as Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, support craft activities and project schedule.
• Project Planning and Strategy:
o Coordinate assigned work with the work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
• Risk Management:
o Assist the Labor Relations Department in maintaining communications with unions, resolving jurisdictional disputes, requisitioning required workforce, and as necessary the labor approach for the projects assigned.
o Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Team Leadership:
o Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
o Experience assisting in resolving construction problems such as lack of productivity and work interfaces is required.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Strong Electrical background in Data Centers’ experience
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and demonstrated ability to control and supervise large groups.
• Prior experience with Commercial or Industrial project scopes of at least $15M value.
