Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing work center environment. he Maintenance Technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining all machines in connector manufacturing and hand fill departments. All work is to be completed with the highest levels of safety, quality, service, and cost as possible. They will perform and coordinate both preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and serve as the primary point of contact for equipment manufacturers and service providers. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong independence, problem-solving, and ownership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ Years of Experience in a Technician or Maintenance role
Must have experience with automated machine repair and either machining or electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge of General die mechanics and bench work
Troubleshooting of Automated machines, mechanical & hydraulic ram presses
Electrical Troubleshooting (Proximity Sensors, Servo Motors, Production Cameras, PLCs)
Pneumatics (Air Cylinders, Electric/Air Solenoid Switches, Flow Control Valves

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

High school diploma required
Tool & Die or Electrical Journeyman/Certification
