Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ML Observability & Governance Engineer to operationalize model monitoring, lifecycle governance, compliance automation, and cost transparency across enterprise AI initiatives.
This role ensures that predictive and agentic AI systems deployed on Snowflake are observable, auditable, and cost-optimized within enterprise workflows including ServiceNow.
This role directly reduces PI-2 and PI-3 structural compliance risk.
🔹 Model Observability
• Implement drift detection frameworks
• Monitor model accuracy degradation
• Instrument inference metrics
• Integrate telemetry into monitoring platforms
🔹 Lifecycle Governance
• Automate model promotion workflows
• Maintain model version traceability
• Ensure rollback-ready artifact management
🔹 Compliance & Audit Readiness
• Automate audit evidence capture
• Implement explainability tracking
• Integrate deployment traceability via ServiceNow
🔹 FinOps & Cost Transparency
• Implement compute attribution dashboards
• Track Snowflake warehouse consumption
• Enable cost per model reporting
• Partner with platform engineering for cost optimization

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years DevOps / MLOps engineering
• Experience implementing ML monitoring systems
• Experience with Snowflake performance and compute management
• Familiarity with Azure observability stack
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance controls
