Job Description
The Vendor Service Contracts Payables Representative plays an instrumental role in verifying the accuracy of vendor contract invoices and facilitating timely vendor payments. This role will be challenged with the task of verifying invoices against the contracts database and entering payments into the database accurately. This role will partner with both Accounting and Accounts Payable to work vendor statements, pay invoices, obtain credit memos and communicate with the vendor to answer questions and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Good communication, attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work with both Vendor Representatives and Internal Departments
Background or knowledge of Vendor Service Contracts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel and Access
Knowledge of Doc-Link Preferred
