Job Description
Set up, run, and close access review campaigns using SailPoint and Saviynt
Make sure managers and reviewers complete access reviews on time
Follow up on overdue reviews and handle escalations
Review access decisions and make sure unnecessary access is removed
Track access removals and confirm they are completed correctly
Work with IAM teams and application owners to fix access issues
Ensure all access reviews are fully documented and audit‑ready
Support audits by providing evidence and explaining access review results
Look for ways to improve and streamline access review processes
Track basic metrics like completion rates and remediation timelines
Help with IAM operations when needed, including:
User onboarding, role changes, and offboarding (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
Processing access removal and exception tickets
Act as a go‑to expert for access certifications within the IAM team
Communicate clearly with security, audit, and IT teams about risks and status

Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience with IGA platforms, specifically SailPoint and/or Saviynt
Proven experience running access certifications, including:
User access
Entitlements
Privileged access
Non‑human / service accounts
Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals, including:
Least privilege
Access governance
Role‑based access control (RBAC)
Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes
Experience supporting audits related to access controls and identity governance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
Familiarity with audit and control frameworks (SOX, SOC, NIST, or similar)
Experience working closely with IAM provisioning and operations teams
Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
Experience improving IAM processes through automation or optimization
