Job Description
We’re working with a leading healthcare technology organization that’s building a suite of standalone, data-driven web applications across Clinical Asset Management (CAM), Cyber, and Clinical Engineering.
This is a greenfield-style opportunity to help design and build products from the ground up, with a strong focus on data integration, AI-assisted development, and modern web architecture.
• Design and build scalable web applications from the ground up
• Ingest and integrate data from multiple APIs and systems
• Work closely with Snowflake-backed data environments to power application functionality
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to bring solutions to life
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude, CodeX, etc.) to accelerate delivery
• Define application architecture, data flow, and system integrations
• Contribute to UI/UX design decisions and overall product experience
• Support development of workflows and data insights for Clinical Asset Management tools
Present and demo solutions to stakeholders, including executives

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience building full stack web applications (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding (required)
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Hands-on experience with:
○ API integrations and data ingestion
○ Modern frontend + backend development
• Experience working with or alongside data platforms (Snowflake or similar)
• Ability to operate in a greenfield environment and help define the path forward
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering)
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with healthcare, clinical engineering, or asset management systems
• Exposure to AI/ML or agent-based development environments
• Strong UI/UX or product-minded design experience
Background working in data-heavy applications
