Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of metadata management strategies to improve data discoverability, quality, and usage

Develop and maintain and organized data catalogue for easy a'ccess and management of data assets

Define and implement data access policies and procedures to ensure secure and compliant data usage

Collaborate with data protection officers and IT security teams to establish and maintain data privacy standards and compliance

Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and detail the requirements of internal collaborators regarding data governance and management

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in data governance, compliance, or risk management

Understanding of associated data security and privacy concerns

Experience with data governance technologies such as Collibra, Erwin, OvalEdge, Snowflake, or Immuta

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the healthcare claims processing industry
