Sr Interconnection Agreement Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Interconnection Contracts Analyst to support one of our largest clients in Carmel, IN. The Senior Interconnection Contracts Analyst is responsible for the drafting and processing of agreements required to support new generation interconnections and modifications to existing generation interconnections with Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customers. Responsibilities include preparing and managing a variety of interconnection-related agreements, such as Generator Interconnection Agreements (GIA), Multiparty Facility Construction Agreements (MPFCA), and Facility Construction Agreements (FCA). The position collaborates closely with the Legal team to ensure agreement details are accurate, compliant, and responsive to questions from Interconnection Customers and Transmission Owners. Additionally, the role facilitates the exchange of interconnection agreement–related information across impacted service lines and is responsible for tracking, reporting, and communicating progress and schedules for all agreements.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with GIA(Generator Interconnection Agreements), MPFCA(Multiparty Facility Construction Agreements), and/or FCA(Facility Construction Agreements)
• Experience working with Transmission Owners, Interconnection Customers and Transmission Customers
• Contract Drafting experience

• RTO or ISO experience
• Understanding of FERC and NERC requirements
