Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Line Engineer to support the analysis and remediation of high‑risk laminated wood transmission structures following a recent line failure event. This role is heavily analytical and design‑focused, centered on identifying structural risk, evaluating failure scenarios, and developing proactive replacement strategies to improve system reliability.
The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on experience with PLS‑CAD, strong transmission line engineering fundamentals, and the ability to independently evaluate and recommend solutions across both individual structures and grouped projects.
