Job Description

IAA is seeking an Asset Manager to support day-to-day asset management operations, including tracking, reporting, auditing, and system coordination. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset records, supporting audits, and ensuring data integrity through tools like ServiceNow and internal dashboards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment that requires strong communication across teams.


Responsibilities
• Manage and track IT and operational assets using ServiceNow
• Maintain accurate asset records, including daily asset counts and status updates
• Build, utilize, and monitor dashboards to support tracking and reporting
• Support planning initiatives related to asset inventory and lifecycle management
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and asset data are accurate and up to date
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve asset discrepancies or data gaps
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on asset status, issues, and next steps
• Ensure all asset-related processes are followed and properly documented

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Proven background in asset tracking and asset management
• Experience using and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
• Ability to manage daily asset counts and reconciliations
• Experience supporting or assisting with audit processes
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a high-volume or enterprise environment
• Exposure to IT asset management (ITAM) processes
• Familiarity with inventory controls or compliance-driven environments
