Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain web applications, APIs, background jobs, and CMS websites
Lead full-cycle development: design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation
Apply MVC and Clean Architecture principles to create scalable solutions
Review code and mentor junior developers
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Support production deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with IT governance standards (SOX, SOC 2)

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of software development experience
Strong experience with PHP, Laravel, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Umbraco)
Strong Bootstrap and CSS
Frontend experience (React, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS)
Database expertise (SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience with Azure DevOps and agile development
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Cloud experience (Azure and/or AWS)
Microservices, SOA, or DDD experience
Insurance industry experience
