Job Description
This engineer will work as part of the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team supporting advanced defense systems. They will develop and execute test plans, procedures, and automation scripts; troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues; and perform system integration, verification, qualification, and validation testing in lab and field environments. The role supports mission-critical EOIR and electronic warfare technologies, ensuring complex systems function properly before deployment to protect U.S. and allied warfighters.
Responsibilities:
Generate test plans, test procedures, and test reports
Execute system integration, verification, and qualification testing
Develop and execute test automation and test scripts
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues
Support system integration labs (SILs) and potential offsite testing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
Validate system performance from design through aircraft installation
Document test results and support engineering analysis and requirements verification

Required Skills & Experience
BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field with 2+ years of experience OR MS in related technical field
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and firmware issues
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
Active Secret Clearance required to start
U.S. Citizen
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ntegration & test experience with complex electronic systems
Experience with Design Verification Testing (DVT), Environmental Qualification Testing, and EMI Qualification Testing
Experience with DOORS, VCRMs, MBSE/Cameo, MATLAB, C/C++, Java, Python, or test automation scripting
Knowledge of EOIR systems, sensors, optics, RFEW systems, DSP, antennas, computational electromagnetics, or RF test equipment
Active Top Secret Clearance
